Students can build a career in theater without becoming a performer.

A Broadway production is powered by far more than the people in the spotlight. Students can explore paths in design, technology, production, marketing, finance, operations, creative development and more. Broadway LAB makes that wider career landscape visible through a structured, 12-module learning experience.

01 · Explore

See the whole industry

02 · Develop

03 · Advance

Turn learning into action

Explore entry routes, collaboration, industry connections and a culminating showcase.

Define the implementation

Curriculum access, onboarding, educator guide, cohort-session scope, delivery dates and reporting measures are agreed before contracting.

Pricing above is a working proposal, not a final published rate card. Student capacity, delivery costs, session scope and terms must be validated and confirmed in a written agreement. Guided-session quantities and dates are not yet specified.

What every partner helps make possible

Every level uses the same 12-module career-exploration pathway. Partnership scale changes the licensed student capacity and implementation scope—not the core curriculum.

Potential partner fit

  • Middle and high schools
  • Career and technical education programs
  • Arts education and theater programs
  • Districts, charter networks and youth organizations
  • Corporate sponsors and foundations funding student access

Partner planning conversation

We will discuss the number of students to serve, educator responsibilities, access period, cohort-session format, implementation timeline and success measures before confirming a pilot.
